Florida Days 2 and 3

We are so thankful to be enjoying all the sunshine in the Sunshine State!  We really hope to bring it back with us to Wisconsin.

 



 We went to an aquarium yesterday and it was really cool!  We saw everything from all different kinds of sea creatures including all sorts of fish, jelly fish, sea horses, crabs, and lobster.  We even got to touch sting rays!  We also saw a dolphin, giant turtles and manatees.

 

Of course we visited the gift shop.  I picked out a dolphin!  Jackson chose a frog.

 

At the aquarium there was a movie where we also got to participate.  It was all about saving dolphins and that we are the ones usually hurting them.

After the aquarium we went swimming.  Kendall just likes to float around, but I am quite the fish.  I jump in the water, I hold my breath and go under water, and I LOVE snorkeling in the pool!

 

Last night there was a beautiful sunset.  This is the view from our balcony.

 

Remember how I said I love swimming?  Well, Papa took me in the ocean!  Mom wasn't brave enough.  Good thing Dad likes the ocean and will take me in it when we visit Ma Mac this summer!

 

We had a yummy dinner at a restaurant on the bay tonight.  It's hard to believe tomorrow is our last day here.  We do miss Daddy, though, so that makes us excited about coming home!

Florida Day 1

Happy Spring Break everyone!  We are having a special one this year.  We are visiting Nana and Papa in Florida!  Dad has to work, so he stayed home... BUT before we left we spent some extra special time with him.

 



 Then it was off to the airport!  Mommy said we were angels.  We just wanted more jelly beans.

 

There was a cool play area at the airport, so that kept us busy.  Plus yummy snacks and even some treats that the Easter Bunny brought us!

And here I am looking like a "little man" (Mom's words).

 

Before we knew it, we were on the plane saying, "Here we go!"

 

I played my video game and then colored.  I really liked the snacks on the plane, too!

 

I played stickers and then slept almost the whole way!

 

Today we went to the beach right outside Nana and Papa's condo.  It was fun getting our feet wet in the ocean and playing in the sand.

 

 

 

 

 

We made a sand castle and decorated it with shells!

 

We spent a lot of time in the pool.  We will take pictures of that tomorrow.  I learned not to drink the pool water... the hard way.  Then it was time to clean up!

 

We had a yummy dinner out at an Italian restaurant.  There was a big tractor close to where we ate!

 

 

 

What a wonderful day it was!  We are enjoying our time with Mom, Nana and Papa, but always thinking of Daddy.

Happy Easter everyone!  The Easter Bunny came to our house yesterday because we are going on a trip today!

 

First, we woke up and had to find our Easter baskets.  I got a football, game and Nerf toy!  And I got a Littlest Pet Shop toy, a game, and a coloring book!

 



 

The best part was our Easter egg hunt.  It's so nice to finally get outside and play!

 

 

Now we are getting ready for our plane ride to Florida!  We can't wait!  Spring Break is the best!
