Hi there! Can you believe my Sissy is 6 months old already? We sure can't! We've had the bestest weekend ever! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful fall weather, athough it was a bit chilly at times. I even helped Mom and Dad do some yard work.

Sissy is so big, she is using my old high chair now. And she loves to swing, just like me.

This was earlier last week... hard to believe it was shorts and t-shirt weather then, and today I needed a coat! Mom caught this picture of me. I was playing with my cell phone and walked in to the dining room, found Dad's hat, and put it on backwards. Don't I look cool? (I think so.)

We took a family walk to the park today. Dad thinks I look like a thief in this hat. Mom says I "steal" her heart day after day. Whatever Mom, gross.

I love to jump - everywhere I can. I even try to jump on beds, but I always get in trouble. Hmph.

Here I am getting back from our walk to the park. The leaves are starting to change. That means Halloween is around the corner! I am going to be Elmo this year. Trick-or-treat! Just practicing. The cooler weather and changing leaves also means football! Big game tomorrow night... Bear Down Chicago Bears! Even though we were born in Wisconsin, and live in Wisconsin, we are Bear fans all the way (Uncle Bill). We will try to post some pictures of our fan gear tomorrow.

Happy Sunday and way to go Bears! I think I forgot to tell you that we got a van! Mom drives it instead of her little car now. I love it! It's so easy to get in and out of... and the best part is I can close the door all by myself... with the touch of a button!

We went to the Carroll football game for a short time. Ellie and Gavin and her parents came too, and we all hung out at our house for a little while afterwards.

Sissy :)

Happy weekend! It was our first full week and we are all looking forward to a slower paced couple days. I told Mom and Dad they needed to put some more pictures of Sissy on here because she is changing each and every day!

We still enjoy spending as much time outside together as a family as we can. Sissy loves to watch me go 'round and 'round on my John Deer tractor.

I am getting pretty good at holding Sissy, even if I would rather be doing something else.

Sissy is starting to sit up on her own. She loves the bathtub. We think she's going to be a fish, just like me.

Mom has fun putting piggies in her hair.

Here she is dressed so pretty (and very early in the morning!).

Last night was our first night that both of us wore our footy jammies. Sissy's been wearing them for awhile, but I got to rock my new guitar ones last night, too! Of course Mom had to take a picture.

My 1st Day of School

Good Morning! I am very excited to share some pictures of you as I was leaving for my first day of school earlier this week. But before we get to that, we wanted to show you a picture of the hail we got last weekend. It was pretty big!

And now for the good stuff! So on Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to preschool. I get to ride with Mom because the preschool is really close to her school.

So last Tuesday I put my new Elmo backpack on and...

I fell over! It was super funny.

Once I got up, I tried running with it.

Mom wanted to get a picture of Elmo...

and finally here I am, lunchbox and all.

Come on, Mom, enough pictures... let's go!

My teachers Ms. Tracee and Ms. Tammy are amazing. Both days that I went this week I barely wanted to even say goodbye to Mom. I blew her kisses, but I was too busy to actually give her a real smooch. On Tuesday I was too excited to nap on a mat, but on Thursday I must have been worn out, because I did take a nap at school just like all the other big boys.

Robyn's is going very well, too. I am so lucky to feel like a part of their family. Their new baby boy, Elijah, is so cute! And Mya and AJ are really growing up. Kendall is being a good girl at Robyn's. She is napping and eating well. She is starting to sit up on her own, too! We will take some pictures of her this weekend.

Have I told you I have the best Daddy in the world? He was "Mr. Mom" this week as Mom had a few night commitments between grad school and Curriculum Night. Thanks, Dad... I love YOU! Mom only has 7 grad school classes left! Yippee!

It was so nice to sleep in this morning. We are looking forward to a low-key, unplanned weekend. Have a great weekend!

Labor Day Weekend

Good Morning and Happy Labor Day! Here I am eating my first marshmallow. Nana and Papa came to stay with us this weekend while Mom and Dad went to Michigan. Papa loves Rice Krispie Treats, so Mom made them for him... and I got to taste a marshmallow! Guess what?! I like Rice Krispie Treats, too. :) Not as much as ice cream, though.

Sissy is starting to hold her own bottle. She is getting to be such a big girl!

She makes some silly faces, too.

And I continue to make her laugh all the time!

So like I was saying before, Mom and Dad went to Michigan this weekend. They went to see Dad's alma mater play in Michigan Stadium. I guess it was a big deal because Michigan Stadium is the largest college stadium in the country.

Dad said some bad words about how UCONN played, but I can't repeat them. He said it was a great experience, though. They were a part of the largest crowd ever to watch a college football game - over 113,000 people! Mom said that is one of the reasons why Kendall and me stayed home. Too many people! So they had fun... here is a video of them dedicating the stadium.

And after the game, unfortunately Mom and Dad weren't able to celebrate a win. But they were able to celebrate a weekend away.

Well, Kendall and I celebrated a weekend away from Mom and Dad! We had SO much fun with Nana and Papa. Thank you SO much Nana and Papa for taking such good care of us! We miss you!

I hope everyone has a great week. Tomorrow is Sissy's first day at Robyn's... and my first day of preschool! I am so excited to use my new Elmo backpack and lunchbox!
