My New Jumper

I got a new jumper today! I am still unsure about it, but I know I'll be jumping like crazy in no time.

My Uncle David, Aunt Audrey, and cousins Isabella and Cohen stopped by for a visit yesterday. It was fun talking with Cohen and playing peek-a-boo with Isabella.

I continue to love my baby food. My favorites so far are peas and green beans.

Daddy really had me laughing again when Grandma Mac and Aunt Kate were here. Listen if you'd like... I bet you'll start giggling, too! It's contagious!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I know it has been a long time since our last post... Mommy has been busy. I did not trick-or-treat this year, but I did try on my pumpkin costume from cousin Nicholas.

Grandma Mac and "Grand/Great" (we can't decide which it is!) Aunt Kate came to visit a week ago. I was so spoiled with all their attention. I miss them already.This past weekend Mommy and I went to visit Papa, Nana, Great-Grandma Mary, and Great-Grandpa Bob. We stayed at Papa and Nana's new house on the lake. It is beautiful! I love the ceiling fan in the great room.

I hadn't seen Papa in a long time. I really enjoyed sitting in his lap in the rocker.

Great-Grandma Mary and I had some good laughs together. She looks terrific and I was so happy to see her feeling well!

I was so comfortable in Great-Grandpa Bob's arms that I took a good nap while he was holding me.

Nana's Visit

Nana gave me a bottle last weekend. It was so nice to see her. Mom gave me peas for the first time tonight. Can you believe I LOVED them? I have begun to roll over, too, although I haven't shown Mom or Dad, yet. Grandma Mac and "Grand" Aunt Kate are coming Saturday. It will be so nice to see them again. I am sure we'll take lots of pictures!

Thank you, "Auntie Maggie" and Dan for my new Halloween outfit! All my friends gave me compliments at daycare today. Nana came to visit tonight, too, and she thought I looked adorable. Thank you so much for thinking of me! I can't wait to meet you!

I am still loving my baby oatmeal! Mom and Dad keep trying to take me for walks before it gets too cold. I really like to sit in my stroller like a big boy.

Mom is going to take pictures of Nana and I this weekend. Grandma Mac and "Grand" Aunt Kate are visiting next weekend. They are coming all the way from New Jersey. I can't wait to see them!

Visiting Uncle David, Aunt Audrey, and Cousins Isabella & Cohen

Hi there! Did you enjoy your weekend? We had a nice weekend here. Last night we went to my Uncle David and Aunt Audrey's house for pizza. It was so good to see them. I was able to play with my cousins Isabella and Cohen, too. We took some cute pictures together.This was a big week for me. I tried solid food for the first time! It was baby oatmeal and I liked it! Mom took a video of it, but she's been having trouble uploading it onto the blog. She'll take a picture of me making my funny faces soon.

I am big enough to wear Grandma Mac's hat she made for me. I wore it last evening when I went for a walk. It's the only hat that is big enough to cover my ears. Thank you, again, for my hat, Grandma. I love it!

It's very warm today and doesn't feel like fall at all. We got pumpkins today and I overheard Mom and Dad talking about their big "pumpkin carving challenge." I'm not sure when it will take place, but am looking forward to having some fun with them.

Dad has Fall Break for the first time this week. I get to stay home with him on Monday and Tuesday!

Uncle Bill and Meredith's Visit

I had such a great weekend. Uncle Bill and Meredith came to visit. On Friday, Mom, Dad, Uncle Bill, and Meredith went out in downtown Milwaukee. While they were at Rockbottom (a brewery), the Safehouse (a spy-themed bar), and Lucille's (home of the dueling pianos), I was at home with my favorite babysitter, Emily. It sounded like everyone had a lot of fun. Uncle Bill seemed to really enjoy the Safehouse. On Saturday, we all went to the Carroll University football game. It was a beautiful day. After the game, Uncle Bill rocked me to sleep for a nap. Although Dad was disappointed in the UConn game, and Meredith wasn't happy about the Phillies, we still enjoyed a low-key Saturday night by cooking out and staying in. Uncle Bill and Meredith left today. The weekend went by too fast! I really enjoyed their visit and can't wait until the next time we get together.
